26th April is the last time i blog and time have been very kind to me..... After leaving Menotti and say my last goodbye to the staff, my boss and mentor Chef Roberto and my lovely kitchen i working on a new place......
Its not as big as Menotti but its where i feel comfortable in, 30 to 40 seating...a place i called my own and all my hardwork paid off when i open the door..
I name the plc....ELEVEN.....y ELEVEN U MAY ASK?
Firstly its the address and secondly ELEVEN IS MADE UP OR 1 AND 1 =11 .. In life u can nvr be or live alone, even if u think u can... the other 1 will be GOD... for me Tia is my other 1 and hencefore ELEVEN IS BORN......
