I known her when she was a judge in the show CHEF SELEBRITI,she is a good and a fair judge,she runs u down wisely when u dun perform but praised u well when u are good.Me too had a fair share or her good and bad performance highlighted by her,frankly i didnt know who she was or wat she do before but after some asking and testing her cakes which she brought along, i realised she is one very good chef and her story of how she started really heartbreaking.

She owns SITI DELIGHTS and a CELEBRITY CHEF herself.She had a long and beautiful hair and a nice and sharp face.A loving mother of 3 kids ,had a loving husband and a succesful career,she is the idol of many woman in SG and her cakes travel all the way to even many artist and even the president favorite and one of her many great achievement is to be invited to be 1 of the few pledge takers on NATIONAL DAY 2008.

She helps me,amri and alfie alot and gives us motivation and encouragement which again open doors for us and was invited to be with her in doing the first HALAL FOOD DEMO .The way she go all her way to help and encourage us is far beyond our expectation and she even kind enough to promote us in her class and let us teach in her school.

She gave me tips to improve my cakes and suggestion to improved the business,even with her busy schedule,she will answer my question and makes me feel good bout having a true frens.She even give me some advised bout my pesonal and even love lives and is truly sincere bout it..she just say,she will helped me as much as she can and not seeking anything in returned.....yes chef, for that i thnk u very much and wish u all the success....

I rather beleve they should build theme park/disney land/water world instead of casino ,just to bring in the foreigners.....right? but of cos....wat they really one is money money money money money and more money.......

where have all the FLAGS gone

It comes to my attention while walking around my neighbourhood, Singaporean are not interested in NATIONAL DAY anymore,I hardly see the flags outdoor anymore.Tomoro is singapore 43rd birthday but nobody wanna be celebrating it, we all turn out to be in a mourning mode.....Y mourning?

It just because lots of us are not happy. we come to realise that SG to me is not a REPUBLIC...ITS A BEE HIVE.... bee hive cos there only 01 QUEEN BEE, THAN ARMY( wear white colour de)and the rest are US, which they called SINGAPOREAN AKA WORKER BEES...YES,every single one of us, me,u,my ucle,my cuzz,my neighbour,my fren...Cos to stay in the hive, we have to work hard, work hard to give HONEY to the hives,than u think we get to keep the honey? u siao ah!!!! all must give QUEEN BEE.Thats y QUEEN got so much honey and bigger size than the rest of the bees.

Its the same staying In SG, we all wrk hard, take mrt,pay income tax,pay this pay that,this incrreased,that incrreased ... last time they make it so easy to have a 100% loan for a new car,and wen half of singaporean bought it...than they have ERP,increased and everywhere else...and than they promote park n ride and car pool.So after ppl opt for public transport, now they wanna increased the public transport(KNN they so clever sia)

So , are we not like BEES? OUR country dun have a natural resources to sell and make money ,so we are their resources.... everything oso fine ,fine,fine...enough liao lo,they only need to ask ppl to saman us, increased price and pay tax and our country is rich liao...

So i guess, more and more singaporean are hating it and this is the only things we can do to protest,we cant do other protest, cos later kena catch, saman or even makeu bankrupt sia,so most ppl dun even wanna hang and still must buy somemore...


So remember,we r are staying in a hive with a queen bees.....

One night i ask my daughter if i can get married and she says NO WAY. I told her she is being unfair to me as she allowed my ex to remarried but not me.Maybe she felt that her mum loves her lest after married as she oso have a new husband to look after other than her, maybe she wans my full attention and not shared me? maybe she afraid i will stop pick her up, hug her to sleep and never bring her out anymore...

OLD FOLKS

U guys must be wondering y the hell this guy post his blog at 5am in the morning.... i tell u a story that touched me and make me cry, yes i cry the whole night after i came home......

At bout 1030 today while i was on my way back to Bugis Mrt, isaw a very pitiful sight, an old woman pushing her cart with carton of boxes and few plastic bags of empty drink cans...I could not help but stop and ask her does she needs help and where is she goig at this time of the night.... she simple look at me and say she going to collect boxes and empty can so she have money to spend and eat....I was stunned by the answer and really pity her

at this point of time, thers only 2 ppl to blame i think... YOUR BLOODY CHILDREN AND GOV....NT !!!!!!

the first one cos he/she never take car of u ............. wats so difficult bout taking care of the hands that once wash your diapers, feed u and nutured u to wat u are now? 1 mother can take care of 12 child but 12 child cant take care of one mother..listen here whoever mum i met just now, if i was your dad and if i know this is how u going to neglect your mum...i wont shoot in my sperm, so that we wont have children like u... comeon la, how bad isit to take in and care for the old pitiful lady( think she bout 67)

the second one to blame is because, dunno wat the fuck they do with our CPF money,maybe they lost in some thai or indon or where investment( but dunno real or not lah) and they extend the CPF thingy till we 65 instead of 55 ..will u let your parents drive taxi at these age, or wash plate? or work in Macdonald? HELL NO... Y THEY JUST DUN GIVE THE MONEY THEY EARN WHILE THEY WERE WRKING AND LET THEM DO WATEVER THEY WANT WITH IT,let them enjoy and play golf or go holiday with the money and u ppl got no right to hold on to wats not yours in the first place.. so only retired businessman,civil servant and retired minister can play golf wen they old,OUR DAD CANNOT MEH? ...i make sure if my dad retired and i can aford to give him luxury and play golf with any of u ,i will ask him hit the ball to hit YOUR BALLS in driving range or in golf course... who the hell will manage to work till 65 unless they stayin good home,own cars with escort,having guards outside their hse, eat good food,and get paid in thousand of dollars in salary and owns holdings and lots of asset, but u oso nvr wrk in mac,drive taxi or do gardening ma, so u dunno.... i dun see the reason y we ppl owe our life to u just because u seperate us from another country......

back to the old lady, so i took out $50 and pass to her and wat she reply touched me and melt my heart, here is a lady which works till late refuse my miney,and some ppl( i dun wan to mention name lo) so rich liao still wanna sue others to make them bankrupt...hello, u must see this old lady and let her lecture u lo. I ask her im sincere in giving and i want her to go home and rest, she sat down and tell me, she will only accept it,if i let her do somthing.... so i say ok, and she say. let me read your palm and u can pay me with the money just now.... here is wat makes me cry

Smoking ban

Hi

Its been awhile since i write and i just wanna share something with u, i might be wrong but well,its my BLOG..

When i came home from work,my dad was saying.."your brother kena caaught" so i asked for wat? " for smoking"

He is below 18, so i guess its wrong..but,how many below 18 smokes in sg?u bet thers a lot, so the story goes like, my dad got to wait for another letter, and pay the $300 ( in SG is all bout money.PAY N PAY ) and than its settled

The issue here is, Y shops still selling CIGGY if the they enforce so much restriction? Underage smokers, ban in public places, in pubs and disco, have enforcementt officer catching ppl who throw ciggy butts,fined those who buy illegally and from JB and even the restaurant al fresco is allowed only for smoker,not all but 10% of the outdoor size?????


If they can banned chewing gum, y dun banned CIGGY? ..............

I guess the answer is simple, cos CIGGY generates high profit tax.....simple and straight forward, price incrreased cos the tax of CIGGY increased,and the minister will say bout "oh its unhealthy for ppl to smoke and not fair on those secondhand smokers to inhale them....yes sir,BAllss TO U....

U can allowed ppl to buy more cars,build more ERP, charge this charge that and u think the car that moved on the road gives out clean air? cleaner that ciggy smokes? ya sure....its all because of MONEY.....

Its getting more irritating and really pisssed me of with the DRAMA ,say ciggy no good but u dun wanna ban cos its reaps lots of profit and they will say, they trying to ask ppl like me cut down smoking by increasing the price...YA RIGHT...

SINGAPOREAN are no longer kids and hving the yes sir yes sir 3 black fools kind of attitude,i nvr vote for them everytime,and in times to come, more ppl wont vote for them too, its just too much....

WE wrk hard for 1 month for the money, come end of the month , get paid,pay here pay there and we left with $350 for the whole month usage while waiting for the next month pay....thats life, wat to do? cos they make it like that

Think bout it and wonder, if its difficult for us to go thru life now.....wat bout our children?? and we sing with pride the song every morning is sch......wat are we? we just and object for the country economic development as we know, we dun have natural things to even sell to the world,instead we are the natural source of income for the country........tll than,my heart is sour and lost the respect that i have to be one of u .....cos in the end of the day,i still PAY N PAY......
