Lots of things is happening last week and this week........firstly, im gonna lose the laptop....secondly my buddy Chef Amri is opening his own bistro(AMRI LE BISTRO) serving authentic french bistro with modern touch.... i seen the menu and it will be a big hit with customer....its at 17 east coast road.....near the siglap shell station... i went there to take a look at the plc and i was damn proud of him...(i wish i will have something like that one day) I know this guy have the potential to make it big and even though he didnt win the chef selebriti...he proved to us he make it...so i just wanna tell the winnner and producer....U CAN SHAFT THAT CHEF SELEBRITI TROPHY UP YOUR OWN ASS....cos my buddy here proved to himself,to us and to his fans that winning is not everything.....I will give n help him in anyway i can..

chef alfie...is oso doing well in PUBLIC HOUSE @ rendevous hotel,running his own kitchen,he showing progress and earning good...no off day,7 days a week..and he got hair now.....lol.Infact he looks better with hair....

This sunday...chef akmal is having his big day...i have a mix feelings ,cos i hated wedding and nvr attend one after mine.....i just hate it as i just dun wanna remind myself of my own....abit emo , but thats life.

2 more good news, first will be the lauching of 'HANYA' in may....it will features the 12 chef monthly....so take a look ,its free anyway...lol

secondly..... the TRIPLE'A', ME,Chef Amri n Chef Alfie...will be cooking in SG EXPO hall from 20th till 23rd of march..its was an ivitation by Chef SITI DELIGHTS ..it was such an honour to be ask to cook in this pretigious event.......
